About Us
La Campagnuola (The Country Girl) was the dream of Filippo, who came from a small village in Sicily - Grotte. His dream became a reality when he opened La Campagnuola in 1980. He brought good food, hospitality, loyalty and a love for sharing with friends - the best of Sicily to this little part of Bristol.
Respected throughout the local community, Fillipo and La Campagnuola has become one of the most recognised and valued Italian eateries in Bristol and the surrounding areas. Committed to delivering outstanding quality, service and great value, he has built a reputation other restaurants could only dream of.
After 27 years of success, his children Vincenzo and Mariangela now run the restaurant, keeping Filippos dreams alive by consistently delivering the high standards and traditional values set by their father all those years ago.
